Welcome to my new site, Shiner Nutrition and Fitness. Here you’ll find my blog as well as information regarding my Nutrition Coaching and Personal Training services, and my personal chef service, Thyme To Cook.

A lot has happened since I last posted on my blog back in April 2013. I trained for and became certified as a StrongFirst Level II Instructor. I spent time teaching kettlebells, nutrition coaching and blogging for a local kettlebell studio. I resurrected my personal chef service, Thyme To Cook. I became certified as a personal trainer.  I’ve started working on a couple more certifications (Functional Movement Screen Level 1 and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification) and I decided to form Shiner Nutrition and Fitness!

I’m very excited to start blogging here again. I’m going to blog about nutrition, kettlebell training and general fitness, and about life changes, both good and bad. Drop me a note to let me know topics you’d like me to write about. I’m also excited to launch the Nourish program, a nutrition program designed to get you to improve the way you nourish your body. It will include an in depth guide on what to eat, a meal plan for the program and recipes. Be on the look out for information on the Nourish program soon.
